Fit at 50 – Part 3, the group training experience

Today I had my first group coaching program at All Around Fitness and Wellness Centre.

I’ve been going there for over 2 months now, but I’ve been seeing Brian Mattioli for some private sessions. Now I’ve decided to give the group programs a try, for a couple of reasons a) I’ve seen a huge change in my physical fitness since starting with All Around Fitness… when I started I could barely stand upright my lower back and left hip were so sore, that’s no more. I had unsteady balance and could barely stand on one foot for any length of time, now not only can I stand on one foot, but I can hold weights too and do exercises on one foot.
